Christmas is overrated. Birthdays are all hype. I’m always busy on Opening Day. The Vernal Equinox? Fuck outta here. The best day of the year is Spring Daylight Savings. It’s impossible to be in a bad mood when you get your first taste of that 7:00 sunshine. I don’t care about losing sleep. Inject that extra hour of day into my goddamn veins! I’ll write some lists while I wait.

Over the past few years, there’s been a lot of Honeycrisp mutations. They all kind of taste the same and they’re all delicious. I got some last week that were the size of an infants head.
